Dimitriy’s Party Consulting (DPC) is located in Vernon Hills Illinois, 40-45 miles north-west of Chicago.

After immigrating to the United States in 1992, Dimitriy Vaysman, was able to finally use his creative ability in a way that changes people’s perception of beauty and style. People are able to experience the highest level of custom party arrangements, which makes Dimitriy look forward to getting up in the mourning to go to work. Through constant attendance of continuing education programs, trade show visits and participation, as well as various design collaborations, DPC always provides the most cutting edge technology in balloon design. In addition, during the 10 plus years of operation DPC has established great relationship with banquet halls, hotels, restaurants, musicians, MC’s, DJ’s, photographers, film makers, dancers, etc., all over the Chicagoland area and the Midwest. This extensive relationship network allows DPC’s clients to experience a great amount of flexibility in location, food related variations, entertainment and event documentation.
